CIRCLE OF ANGELS PROGRAM

I understand the Stephanie Nicole Parze Foundation C.O.A.P. program is a peer-led support group intended to provide a space for victims of sexual and domestic violence to gather for support and sharing.

I understand Peer Leaders are NOT doctors, clinicians, therapists or medical advisors of any kind.  I understand COAP is solely for the purpose of providing a confidential space to share and find support.

I understand and agree that some topics and discussions can be triggering. I understand and agree that I am responsible for informing the group leader, and removing myself from the group if I feel triggered.

I understand and agree that I am not permitted to bring alcohol or recreational drugs on the premises. I also understand and agree I am not permitted to attend the meetings under the influence of alcohol or any recreational drugs.

I understand and agree not to engage in sidebar conversations while a group member is sharing or speaking.

I understand and agree I am not permitted to give advice to other COAP members, but am encouraged to support and share what worked for me, or helped me through a trigger or difficult moment.

I understand and agree to keep the group member's experiences and identities confidential. If it is found out that I shared anything regarding other group members outside of the group, I understand and agree I can no longer be part of the group.

I understand and agree my cell phone will be shut off before entering the meeting.

I understand and agree that I am not permitted to bring in food or drinks. Beverages and snacks will be provided.

I understand and agree I am not permitted to bring anyone to the meeting without first notifying the group leader.
