These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Stephanie Nicole Parze Foundation, Inc, a New Jersey nonprofit corporation ("Stephanie Nicole Parze Foundation," "SNP Foundation," "we," "us," or "our"). The Stephanie Nicole Parze Foundation is organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey and operates primarily within the United States.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any clearly established legal rights you may have under New Jersey law or applicable federal law.


10. Indemnification of SNPF

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Stephanie Nicole Parze Foundation and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms; or
  • Your use of the Site.


11. Indemnification of Brus Creative Group LLC

This website was developed by Brus Creative Group LLC (doing business as Mindset Media Group) solely as a technical service provider; consequently, Brus Creative Group LLC assumes no liability, responsibility, or legal obligation for the site's ongoing maintenance, operational security, third-party transactions, or the accuracy of any user-facing content hosted herein.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable federal law, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-laws provision.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. We do not seek to limit any rights or remedies available to New Jersey consumers under clearly established law.
