Evening Menu:

The evening will include a Cocktail Hour with Passed Hors D'Oeuvres and a 4 Course Sit Down Dinner starting with a 618 Salad and Penne Vodka followed by your choice of entree which will be served with sides of Parmesan Risotto and Asparagus: 

  • Chicken Breast Marsala with Shallot Mushroom Sauce
  • Almond Crusted Mahi-Mahi with Mango Ginger Relish
  • Sirloin Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
  • Eggplant Rollatini Stuffed with 3 Cheeses with Tomato Basil Sauce 


Dinner will be followed by an incredible Buffet Dessert Display which will include, Assorted Mini Mousse Cups, Pastries and Tarts, Mini Cannoli's, Pound Cake, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Cookies & Macaroons, Mini Cheesecake Bites, and Fresh Seasonal Fruit.
